The friendly staff made our visit special, with an upgrade to a large, modern bathroom. The proximity to the Palace of Culture made exploring Warsaw easy and enjoyable.

The location, well connected and my trams, buses, metro around. The express check-in/check-out and luggage storage was very helpful.
Not many facilities in room (fridge, coffee or tea, iron) no free internet.

Nice place, convenient to go everywhere, near central railway station, good staff, and good breakfast, internet wireless is very good also.
1. In our room have only 1 chair and 1 armchair for 4 persons. 2. All windows of our room have plenty of advertising bill board. It's make me annoy when we want to see view outside windows.

The breakfast was fantastic with a great variety and lots of it. The hotel is just a short walk from the palace of culture and beautiful lazienki park.

Fabulous place for a visit to Warsaw, it has unbeatable location near everything and excellent services. The staff is fast at all the levels. They have complementary beverages in the bistro bar.
Cold breakfast, it should be far better.

the hotel has a very good breakfast..I mean the choice of food, cereal for breakfast - perfect quality and to any taste/liking. Excellent! Thank you ..for giving such a " taste energy" for all coming day :-)

I will go again only to hotels whitch are equipped luxury beds. From 0 to 10 I will give Hotel Metropols beds rank 9. Employees in hotel are professionals. I will go again to hotel Metropol, but not with my own car. Traffic in the central of Warsaw is not for my nervous.
Small lack was that there wasn`t sauna at all.

We stay at Hotel Metropol at 25 Decemer 2010. They accepted us to check in at 9:00 in the morning. It was very convenient for us. And the breakfast was gorgeous!
